First, most people don't buy engagement rings with the intent of ever needing to sell them. Second, moissanite is 1/10th the price of a diamond, if not less (and that's comparing a colorless, flawless moissy with a low-end diamond).The fact that itās an heirloom actually gives you a bit of an out here.
